The woman is dressed in a white dress and a veil; the man is dressed in a suit. On the back of the photo there is the following inscription: "a) Saturday, October 1937; b) the wedding of my grandparents, parents of my father, Janina (...) and Władysław (...); c) it was taken by a village photographer, the late Ignacy (...), residing in the village of Kruszyna; d) the photo regards the village of Cegielnia located near Kruszyna; e) the photo concerns family (...) [of the groom] - sitting next to the groom is his mother Amelia; the woman next to the bride is her sister Regina; the youngest man at the top is the brother of the bride - Władysław (...) ; October 1937, Cegielnia near Kruszyna ; The photo sent to the contest named “Photography of the Polish village pre-1948” organized in 1983 by the quarterly “Fotografia” (Photography) and the weekly “Nowa Wieś” (New village).
