The photo shows the beginning of the “Agricultural Tools Parade”, which was an additional attraction of the harvest festival. The parade is conducted by so called "polowy" (field man). Behind him can be seen a two-ridge plough pulled by two oxen and decorated with greenery. The palace buildings and people gathered to watch the “Agricultural Tools Parade” are visible in the background ; 1943, Grębów Village, Tarnobrzeg district ; 1943, Grębów, tarnobrzeski district ; The photo sent to the contest “Photography of the Polish village pre-1948” organized in 1983 by the quarterly “Fotografia” (Photography) and the weekly „Nowa Wieś” (New village). The copy of the photo in the possession of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (former Institute of the History of Material Culture)
