The photo depicts a theatre company in stage costumes. Two girls are kneeling on a blanket spread on the ground and in the middle there is a woman dressed in a white robe and white veil (performing the Holly Mother?). There is a group of women and a man in a hat standing around them. The description underneath says: “An amateur performance titled “Bernadka [i. e. Bernardetta] of Lourdes” staged by the youth in Góra on 2. 02.1930 (first on the left – Wiktoria (...) – the chair of the Young Polish Women Association)”. According to the photo’s owner, it comes from the chronicle of the Association of Young Polish Women. It depicts the activity of an amateur theatre company lead by her grandfather Antoni (...)oto depicts a theatre company in stage costumes.
