There is an inscription below the picture: “A memento from Gdynia, July 9th 1938” and on the back of the photo: “In Gdynia, (July) 1938, an excursion from Kórnik City, Poznań district (from neighbouring villages)”; 1938, Gdynia ; The photo sent to the contest named “Photography of the Polish village pre-1948” organized in 1983 by the quarterly “Fotografia” (Photography) and the weekly “Nowa Wieś” (New village).
