Collection

Fungi

The collection of fungi (KRAM F) comprises over 59.6 thousand numbered specimens (about 50 thousand still awaiting incorporation). It is composed mostly of Basidiomycota, with lower share of Ascomycota and Deuteromycota, from Poland, other European countries, Asia, Africa and South America. Incorporated are also S. Domański herbarium, the largest Polish collection of corticioid fungi (incl. about 100 types) and invaluable Laboulbeniales collection of T. Majewski, comprising not only the parasitic fungi of this group, but also insects colonized by them.
