Abstract:

The paper describes the impact of Business Intelligence Systems on the business management improvement, development process of these systems and computer aided intelligent tools used in in creating these activities. Predefining of all management levels information needs and the report contents has been discussed. Also not made managers aware of their expectations and decision needs were presented.
