Abstract:

The different regional formations - economic, geographic, administrative, etc. can be studied fro~ different points of view. By considering the region as an object of management from a system's point of view, it can be stated that the adrninistrative regional units create a geod opportunity not only for sclentific studies but for strategy formation as well - by territorial management bodies entering an equal interactive participation with the national and sectoral management.
