Abstract:

The problems of Decision-making based on distributed knowledge base with relational structure are considered in the paper. Fuzzy relation model of knowledge representation and processing,in accordance with it each object is described by trlad: plurallty of properties, plurality of time and spatial responses has been suggested. Designing of bestributed knowledge base topology, fragmentation and reliability are described. Superpositlon prlnciple of knowledge search process has been proved. In conclusion the different applications of method suggested are discussed.
