In this paper we focus on the modeling renewable resource (fishery resource in the lakes on the rural areas) under sustainable development with governing dynamics described by two distinct growth functions. We introduce to standard growth model the seasonally varying as disturbance, as an example of extreme event. We employ the Pontryagin's maximum principle to derive the optima! solution (optimal effort policies) for both the growth models. We give solutions in professional software (MATHEMATICA) and in popular program (Excel).
