The authors have discussed designing of the distance learning didactic materials preparation for asynchronous made. The approach is based on the module structure of fundamental knowledge. The new role of teacher and its impact to the didactic materials structure and content is discussed. The new approach is based on the Learning Object concept. The authors introduced the algorithm of the theoretical knowledge model preparation in the selected domain.
