Clinical, anatomical and histological diagnosis
Histological diagnosis: Haemorrhagia cerebri recens. Arteriosclerosis. St.lacunaris.Autopsy examination of 64-year-old patient was performed. Neuropathological evaluation in light microscopy was based on brain paraffin sections stained with Hematoxylin-eosin and van Gieson method.Old vascular and perivascular lesions were observed around two fresh hemorrhagic foci. The lesions were in the shape of forming sinuses, at various stages of development.
