Clinical, anatomical and histological diagnosis
Histological diagnosis: Foci vasogenes inverterati. Atrophia cerebri. Autopsy examination of 72-year-old patient was performed. Neuropathological evaluation in light microscopy was based on brain paraffin sections stained with Hematoxylin-eosin, Heidenhain and Van Gieson's method.Only specimens not corresponding to the affected area are preserved. Moderate atrophy was observed in viewed specimens of the cerebral cortex. i
