W pracy przedstawiono model systemu zarządzania jakością według normy ISO 9001:2000. Na tym tle zaprezentowano model informacyjnego systemu zarządzania, stosowany w metodyce DIANA. Bardziej szczegółowo omówiono wspólne obszary obu modeli. Przedstawiono wnioski dotyczące dalszego rozwoju modelu DIANA.
