Clinical, anatomical and histological diagnosis

Abstract:

W mózgu nie stwierdza się zmian typowych poza przerzedzeniami w warstwie V i III i okołonaczyniowymi.Nie trafiono zresztą na okolicę ruchowa. Także zamiast opuszki pobrano rdzeń podopuszkowy /być może źle odwrócono skrawki do krajania/.Rdzeń na wszystkich skrawkach rozpada się bezodczynowo na obwodzie.Typ tego rozpada nasuwa podejrzenie artefaktu utrwalania, ale wśród rozpadających się mas można zauważyć b.liczne naczynia o grubych szklistych ścianach, z prawie zupełnie zamkniętym światłem. Podobne zmiany w naczyniach korzonków, które są obrzękłe i mają zatartą strukturę.
