Clinical, anatomical and histological diagnosis
Autopsy examination of 59-year-old patient was performed. Neuropathological evaluation in light microscopy was based on brain paraffin sections stained with Hematoxylin-eosin and van Gieson method.A lacunar-type focus filled with loose macrophages was observed. There were no active glial or connective tissue reactions in the surrounding area.
