Abstract:

Killer-sensitive strains of Saccharamocyces cerevisiae and Saccharomycesuvarum var. carisbergensis were transformed by electroinjection using dsRNA isolated from a superkiller strain. Various recipient strains were used: boththermo-resistant and thermo-sensitive as well as mutants of industrial strains
