Abstract:

Diagnosis: Suspected myoglobinuriaIn the obtained specimen, muscle fibers of the correct diameter and structure in routine staining with Gomori trichrome, hematoxylin and eosin show a normal bundle system. The division of muscle fibers into metabolic types preserved with a predominance of type 2 fibers deserve attention type 1 fibers which show the presence of point circular defects in dehydrogenase enzyme activity, ATP-ase 9.4 with normal activity show a huge advantage of type 2 fibers
