Abstrakt:

Artykuł zawiera przegląd aktualnej literatury przedmiotu dotyczącej koncepcji sprawiedliwości terytorialnej. W publikacji określono najnowsze konteksty dyskusji na temat sprawiedliwości terytorialnej oraz sposób ujmowania związków między sprawiedliwością terytorialną a prawem i planowaniem przestrzennym. Następnie aspekty te zaprezentowano w odniesieniu do dyskusji na temat polskiego systemu planowania przestrzennego. Wyodrębniono kluczowe płaszczyzny, w ramach których możliwe jest powiązanie koncepcji sprawiedliwości terytorialnej z uwarunkowaniami stosowania miejscowych planów zagospodarowania przestrzennego. Zaproponowano dalsze kierunki dyskusji.
