Abstract:

Ouring the three years of studies the abundance, biomass and production (and also fecundity and size) of species from the group of small filtrators and species from the group of predators increased, whereas the abundance, biomass and sometimes production of species from the group of big filtrators and phytophages decreased. These changes can be explained by the direct (grazing) and indirect (habitat transformation) effect of the increased fish stock.
