Abstract:

The work of a man is socially useful. That means that society has an obligation towards the working person to provide a decent life. This requires also the provision of a certain level of income. Abovementioned means that decent remuneration is due not only to employee but also to every person performing gainful employment, especially when such a person does not employ others to perform the work.
