Clay pots and forms for making cheese and butter ; In the photo: the first from the left is a type of a cheese mold used before World War II in dairies to squeeze the whey from the curd. A stone was pressed against the top of the mold and the whey flowed out through the holes. Some of the farmers also used such a device to squeeze the whey from the cheese. This vessel is made of sheet metal, 27 cm high and 26 cm in diameter.
