Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to describe cardio-respiratory effects of antinociceptive neuropeptide analogos which involved: - delineation of respiratory pattern after systemic injection of chimeric peptides ( timing and volume components); - defining the type of evoked cardiovascular changes;- describing the share of vagal afferent pathways inthe effects induces by peptide analogos;- estimating the contribution of u-oioid and tachykinin NK1 receptors in cardiorespiratory responses. af
