Abstract:

The text presents the results of an analysis of the topics and the authors of 420 articles published in three periods (1996/1997, 2002/2003 and 2008/2009) in the Journal of Rural Studies, Sociologia Ruralis and Rural Sociology. These results shed important light on the direction of the policy pursued in recent years in Poland with regard to the social sciences and humanities.
