Abstract:

The new supports prepared during the last ten years for enzymes immobilization are described. These supports were used for immoblization of some biotechnologically important enzymes.It was found out that only immobilized peroxidase enables to observe the degree of ligninbiotransformation. It is believed that the properties of immobilized enz3Tnes could be similar tothose of the natural protein-lipid membranes. Therefore changes of the properties of immobilizedenzymes after treatment with heavy metals and proteinases were reviewed.
