Abstract:

The authors report on favourable effect of the operative treatment of arterial hypertension due to the stenosis of renal artery. Autologous venous graft was implanted in scope to anastomose the abdominal aorta with the left renal artery below the stenosis. Blood pressure drom from 240/110 mm Hg to the level 135/95 mm Hg ensued, with durable effect, observed during last 6 months.
