Churajón (Distrito de Polobaya, Departamento de Arequipa), the biggest prehispanic site (fot. 1-3) of southern Peru, is being investigated since 1994 by scholars of the Catholic University „Santa Maria" of Arequipa and archaeologists from Poland and Germany. This article presents the first results of the field season 1995/96 in which the sector 4 (ryc. 3) of the administrative-residencial center of Churajón was investigated
