Description:

Photography (scan from a slide). Young couple during the wedding ceremony in the company of family. In the center the groom wearing his festive clothes - the decorated head turban, richly decorated colorful jacket, a sword in his right hand. Directly opposite of him is the bride in green and orange veil with covered face. Colorful veil indicates that the bride is still a maiden. Made at the end of the ceremony, the change to the black veil in patterns is a visual sign of recognition of the status of married women. Both - the groom and the bride - are connected with a white cotton cord. This is an important part of the wedding ceremony signifying the bonds of marriage created. The ceremony takes place in the village of the bride. On the back are visible women in black veils with rich jewels on the chest belonging to the family of the bride. Men dressed up in white are groomsmen
