Abstract:

The pandemic crisis meant that, on the one hand, communes had to react quickly and implement sanitary restrictions, ensuring the epidemiological safety of the inhabitants, and on the other, carry out their own and commissioned tasks assigned to them according to the law. The article discusses the impact of the crisis on the functioning of the municipal government and the perception of its consequences by local authorities on the basis of own research.
