Abstract:

The publication includes 21 documents kept in the State Archives in Wrocław (and its branch in Jelenia Góra) issued between 1361 and 1365 by Duke Bolko II the Small of Świdnica (d. 1368), one of the most emi-nent Silesian Piasts in the fourteenth century. The documents deal with various issues and were issued for towns/townspeople, ecclesiastical institutions, as well as knighthoods.
