Abstract:

The article analyses the opinions of Polish diplomacyʼs leadership on the Soviet state between 1921 and 1932. The author synthesises the main theses of the Polish foreign policy leadership and the spheres of diplomacy on the principles and objectives of the Soviet Unionʼs external policy. However, he draws attention to the scarcity of Sovietological analyses from this period. The foreign service provided the foreign policy leadership in Warsaw with very meagre information about the process of arriving at decisions on foreign affairs made in Moscow.
