Abstract:

The paper is devoted to the evaluation of factors determining the development of agro-tourist farms. An analysis of the results of surveys covering all districts (poviats) of Poland has revealed a clear connection between the features of the natural environment and the general level of tourist traffic, and the development of agro-tourism. However, factors introduced into the equations of multiple regression have failed to provide an explanation for a large area of variation of the dependent variable.
