Materiały do znajomości krajowej fauny pokosowatych ; Contribution to the knowledge of the aulacid wasps (Hymenoptera, Aulacidae) of Poland
Based on literature data and specimens housed in the Museum & Institute of Zoology Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, as well as in the private collection of Bogdan Wiśniowski, Ojców, the distribution of 5 species of Aulaci ae within the present territory of Poland is summari ed. Pristaulacus gloriator (FABRICIUS, 1804) has been recorded for the first time in the Polish fauna; the species was previously listed from Poland, based on misinterpreted distribution data. The occurrence of Pristaulacus compressus (SPINOLA, 1808) is confirmed after 70 years. Aulacus striatus JURINE, 1807 is the most often recorded representative of the fam-ily in Poland; the species is reported as a parasitoid of Xiphy ria picta KONOW, 1897 for the first time.
