Electron microscopy analysis of the heart biopsy
Abstract:
Ultrastructural analysis revealed in some cardiomyocytes discrete sarcomere changes. In the vast majority of cardiomyocytes, the sarcomere arrangement was significantly disrupted, and lipofuscins were abundant in the sarcoplasm.
