Szpila - Żerniki Górne pow. Busko Zdrój. Analiza: CL-2300

Method of analysis:

Wstępne szlifowanie odbywało się na papierach karborundowych o ziarnistości 220, 320, 400 i 600 na mokro, następnie próbki wypolerowano w zwykły sposób na filcu za pomocą tlenku glinu. Próbki trawiono odczynnikiem składającym się z: 1 cz.25% NH3 + 1 cz.3% H202. Stosowano trawienie przez pocieranie w czasie od 3 do 15 sek

Results:

W stanie nie trawionym obserwuje się dużą ilość drobnych zanieczyszczeń prawdopodobnie siarczków miedzi o ułożeniu równomiernym oraz silnie rozwiniętą korozję. Po wytrawieniu stwierdzono budowę dendrytyczną materiału lanego. Twardość: 165 HV0,15
