Object description:

Szpila - Wolica Nowa. Do analizy pobrano jedną próbkę: CL-843

Method of analysis:

Wstępne szlifowanie odbywało się na papierach karborundowych o ziarnistości 220, 320, 400 i 600 na mokro, następnie próbki wypolerowano w zwykły sposób na filcu za pomocą tlenku glinu. Próbki trawiono odczynnikiem składającym się z: 1 cz.25% NH3 + 1 cz.3% H202. Stosowano trawienie przez pocieranie w czasie od 3 do 15 sek.

Results:

Próbka CL - 843 - W stanie nietrawionym zaobserwowano niewielką ilość wydzieleń siarczków miedzi oraz korozję postępującą w głąb materiału. Po wytrawieniu stwierdzono budowę ziarnistą o zróżnicowanej wielkości ziarna. Twardość: 150 HV 0,15. Przedmiot wykonano prawdopodobnie na drodze lania i następnie wyżarzono
