Object description:

Grocik - Galowice pow. Wrocław. Do analizy pobrano jedną próbkę: CL-1183

Method of analysis:

Wstępne szlifowanie odbywało się na papierach karborundowych o ziarnistości 220, 320, 400 i 600 na mokro, następnie próbki wypolerowano w zwykły sposób na filcu za pomocą tlenku glinu. Próbki trawiono odczynnikiem składającym się z: 1 cz.25% NH3 + 1 cz.3% H202. Stosowano trawienie przez pocieranie w czasie od 3 do 15 sek.

Results:

Próbka CL - 1183 - W stanie nietrawionym obserwuje się dość znaczną ilość drobnych siarczków miedzi o ułożeniu równomiernym oraz korozję międzykrystaliczną i dość znaczne pory. Po wytrawianiu stwierdzono budowę krystaliczną. Twardość: 107 HV 0,15. Przedmiot wykonano prawdopodobnie na drodze kucia na gorąco
