The description of communicative community of CB radio sociolect’s users

Abstract:The subject of this paper is to determine the linguistic and cultural picture of communicative community of CB radio sociolect’s users, i.e. what image based on stereotypes and autostereotypes sociolect’s users create of themselves. The average CB radio user on the road is mainly perceived by the fluency of sociolectal vocabulary, gender, vehicle type and make, driving manner, place of living, origin and ethnic group. As a result (auto)stereotypical CB user is a complex construct consisting of several stereotypes and autostereotypes. The most prototypical CB radio user on the road is (tir driver) truck driver.
