Abstract:

The municipal cemetery in Bydgoszcz (Kcyńska street) was founded in 1892. At the beginning it wasthe final resting place for the homeless, the poor, convicts, atheists, suicide victims and criminals. Thecemetery is on the list of historical sites and is still in use. The subject of this paper are personal names(given names and surnames) excerpted from the cemetery books of children from 1925 to 1935.
