Abstract:

ARTERYSummaryAnalysis of early pathomorphological changes in the brains of Mongolian gerbils, due to short lasting left common carotid artery ligation, was carried out. Ligation time lasted 5, 10 and 15 min. Animals were sacrificed 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h after ischemic incident.
