Abstract:

Przeprowadzono badania mikroskopowo-elektronowe mózgów szczurów z encefalopatią pochodzenia wątrobowego, wywołaną przewlekłym stosowaniem czterochlorkuwęgla .Najwcześniejsze nieprawidłowości ultrastrukturalne stwierdzono u zwierząt po4-miesięcznym stosowaniu CCl4. Osiągały one maksymalne nasilenie po upływie 6 miesięcy.
