Abstract:

The studies were conducted in 1974 from April to November. Phytoplankton fluctuations in numbers and seasonal fluctuations of five taxonomic groups were investigated. Attention was paid to seasonal changes in phytoplankton species composition. The numbers of Scenedesmus quadricauda (Turp.) Bréb. increased rapidly from day to day from 6 to 170 thous. ind. · dm-3.
