Abstract:A description is given in this study of research on the effect of mineral fertilizers and cow manure on the state of microflora in peat soil under meadow. The results obtained show that basic fertilization and micro-elements act chiefly on the preservation of the proper structure of the soil, and the slight variations in the abundance of microflora were caused by the intensified development of the plant cover.
