Calliaspis wegrzynowiczi sp. nov. and C. sachaensis sp. nov., are described from Ecuador. They belong to a species group with uniformly reddish dorsum. Calliaspis umbonata stat. nov. is proposed for Calliaspis cinnabarinavar umbonata Hincks, 1956..
