Abstract:Four genera of the trigonopoid Platynotina are revised: Eviropodus Koch (type species: Trigonopus alternans Fåhraeus, 1870),Warchalowskiellus gen. nov. (type species:Trigonopus longulus Mulsant et Rey, 1853), Schelodontes Koch (type species: Trigonopus immundus Mulsant et Rey, 1853) and Zophodes Fåhraeus (type species: Zophodes tristis Fåhraeus, 1870). Five species are described: Eviropodus punctatus, Warchalowskiellus invenustus, Schelodontes dormitorius, S. marseuli and S.parvus. The following synonymies are proposed: Eviropodus funebris (Mulsant et Rey, 1853) (=Trigonopus alternans Fåhraeus,1870), Warchalowskiellus longulus (Mulsant et Rey, 1853) (=Schelodontes exceptionalis Koch, 1956), Warchalowskiellus chevrolati (Mulsant et Rey, 1853) (= Trigonopus amplicollis Fairmaire, 1897) and Schelodontes verreauxi (Mulsant et Rey, 1853) (= Schelodontes fraterKoch, 1956). Keys for species determination are provided.
