Photography (scan from a slide). The photo shows a group of shepherds kachchi rabari during ceremony of paying homage to the pir. In the foreground you can see a wall covered with green fabric surrounding the tomb of Muslim saint (pir), where 'coffin' occupies a central place. These types of sites with buried bodies are many in Rajasthan and buried there "saints" are given different terms (pir, miyan). They are also characterized by a divine power that comes from the body of the saint, and thus visited by Muslims but also by Hindus
