Photography (scan from a slide). Girls aged about 14, 12 and 10 belonging to the group kachchi rabari. Standing on the left has three necklaces on the neck. The first one is metal and heavy, made of silver (siyal), the second one - a kind of necklace (siyal), made f thin silver slide on the neck. On the neck she has also a kind of necklace made of a material. The ear has some earrings (khunti.). Dot on the forehead (tika). Other girls not wearing jewellery. Girls decorated with jewelry indicate the status of engagement. Picture taken against the wall of a cottage
