Abstrakt:

Histological diagnosis: Encephalomalacia.Autopsy examination of 68-year-old patient was performed. Neuropathological evaluation in light microscopy was based on brain paraffin sections stained with Hematoxylin-eosin and van Gieson method.A foci of encephalomalacia in the macrophage cleavage stage was noted. Weak perivascular fibroblastic proliferation was seen.
