Badania prowadzone w województwie poznańskim od kwietnia 1959 do lutego 1960 r. Obiektem badań była roztocz Listrophorus gibbus PAGENSTECHER, 1862 występująca na Lepus europaeus, PALLAS 1778. Przebadano łącznie 350 martwych zajęcy (Tab. 5) i zebrano 6928 roztoczy (Tab. 6). Badania prowadzono za pomocą dwóch metod: metody "wyczesywania" i metody zwanej roboczo metodą "worka". Podjęto próbę oceny skuteczności stosowanych metod.
