Abstract:

Currently one can observe essential facilities in communication of business partners in a global scale. Telecommunication networks let come to an agreement quickly, easily cheaply and arrange key conditions of contracts. A political barrier (cold war), which during last decades limited a scale of international turnover, was also eliminated. Under such circumstances a one of leading positions among factors stopping a development of global exchange was not sufficient knowledge about foreign markets, obligated there regulations, trade customs, potentia[ partners, business infrastructure, offered commodities, terms of deliveries, etc. Such ignorance concerns first of all sector of small and medium enterprises. "Trade Points" program was just created to liquidate described above barrier.
