Autorka porównała na serii 29 czaszek dzików oceny wieku uzyskane na podstawie okresu wyrastania molarów i stopnia ich starcia oraz skostnienia szwów z wynikami otrzymanymi przy zastosowaniu metody Duba (1952). Stwierdzono nieprzydatność tej ostatniej metody udowadniając to na 4 czaszkach odyńców (fot. 1-4). Zbadano również zakres zmienności długości zębów P4, M1, M2, M3. Wyniki przedstawiono w tabeli 1.
